Delivery of GMO components output contention information law of Ukraine is to go into effect in March, 2010. Demands were intensified for producers (sellers) towards trustworthy information being revealed about the products containing genetically modified components.

There’s another request claimed revealing that “in case of invalid output information elicitation, unless it doesn’t threaten consumers’ lives, health, or properties, producers (sellers) are to remove this production from sale within a week and bring the information into a compliance”. Besides, administrative responsibility is provided for invalid commodity information revelation and this drawback neutralization inactivity.
