The EU follows the Ukrainian veterinarians example

The European Union wants to take Ukrainian model of the organizational structure of veterinary services as an example for its introduction in Europe.

Nikolai Belev, President of the Regional Commission of the World Organization for Animal Health in Europe, stated about this at a meeting with the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine in agricultural issues Viktor Slauta.

As the Glavred newspaper was told by the press service of the Deputy Prime Minister, Belev also confirmed that the World Health Organization is ready to support Ukraine in implementing measures to prevent the spread of African swine fever and the signing of the EU Programme to combat rabies in wild animals, which provides a buffer zone against rabies on the territory of our state.
