"Creativ Group" plans to launch the pig breeding complex by the end of 2011

In August 2010 PAO "Creative Group" started building of a pig farm designed for breeding of 60 thosand pigs per year. In January 2011 the company plans to import first pigs from France. Since the beginning of 2012, "Creative Group" plans to fulfill the project and reach 7,200 tons of pork (live weight) production annually.
As it was explained by the "Creative Group", they are building a pig farm using their own and borrowed funds.
PAO "Creative Group" is one of the leaders of Ukrainian market of fats and margarines. The company was founded in 1991, its main manufacturing facilities are located in Kirovograd.
Today, "Creative Group" takes about 30% of Ukrainian market of fats and margarines. The company exports its products to CIS, Georgia, Latvia, the Czech Republic.
In November 2007, 23.4% of shares (10,250,000 - IF) of the company in the form of global depositary receipts were listed on the Frankfurt and Berlin stock exchanges, and in early August this year they were admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Exchange .
