The 5th pig complex of “APK – Invest” is put into use

“APK – Invest” put into use its 5th pig-breeding complex in Ulianovka village ( Krasnoarmeiski district, Donetsk region), intended to feed over 50 thousand pigs and to have a sow unit for 2.5 thousand heads.

It was also reported, that CJSC “APK – Invest” plans to put into the use analogical 6th complex in Ulianovka village (in July, 2011) and a sow unit (in March 2011). After their opening the total production capacity of new complexes will allow the company to feed up to 100 thousand pigs per year, and in two sow units there will be 5 thousand heads.

It should be noted that the 1st and the 2nd pig-breeding complexes of the company were put into the use in 2007 and 2008 near Rovnoe village, and in 2009 the 3rd and 4th – near Hrishino village.

Pig complexes of “APK – Invest” have all the necessary conditions for animal efficiency: balanced feeding, modern and highly technological equipment, qualified stuff, and first-rate genetics.

Putting into the use of the 5th and 6th “APK – Invest” complexes will let to feed up to 300 thousand pigs per year. The company wants to reach the planned capacity of 600 thousand feeders per year by 2015.
