22.07.2011

Ukrainian minister of agrarian policy intends to visit Russia in the nearest future to settle a situation connected with the ban to export meat and dairy products to Russian market. Ukrainian minister reported about it on briefing.

“Russian veterinary service in fact didn’t allow the number of Ukrainian enterprises to export meat and dairy products. It will be the main subject to discuss during my visit to Russia ”, — said Mykola Prysyazhnyuk. Ukrainian minister also noted that he would ask Russia to give Ukraine a quote to export sugar with the quantity 100, 000 tons per year.

Ex minister of foreign affairs Volodymyr Ohryzko considers that the restriction of Customs Union countries has a political background.
