Danish Crown and Saria in Joint Venture

EU - German animal product manufacturer Saria bio-Industries AG is to set up a joint venture with Danish meat processing company Danish Crown.
Saria Bio-industries is controlled by German privately-owned water management and logistics company Rethmann.
The deal is to go before the European Commission competition authorities this month.
