What benefits will get the households affected by the ATO?

Extremely difficult situation on the Ukrainian East had an effect on the work of the agro-industrial complex. Particularly harmed were farms located in the battleground of anti-terrorist operation. In order to facilitate their fate, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered a draft law «On measures for decreasing the negative effects on the agricultural sector of Ukraine in special period» № 4525a.

The bill provides:

• Loan restructuring (prolongation of fixed-rate term loan action);
• The moratorium to judicial recourse of the recovery of property (prohibition of opening and termination of existing industries through recovery of property);
• Measures for reducing the tax burden (ban of penalties, inspections, and forced cancellation of tax debt);
• Prohibition on price boost, tariffs, cost of electricity and gas.
