Import Of Frozen Pork Is Decreasing

According to the report of agroconsulting agency AAA, import of pork in January of 2010 comparing to the same period of 2009 has decreased by 55.53%.
Frozen and chilled pork was imported from 11 countries. Brazil is still the leader in terms of frozen pork export to Ukraine (44%), the second position belongs to Canada (23%), the USA is the third (19%), a considerable part of frozen pork import comes from Poland (6%) and Germany (2%), the rest of 6% of imported to Ukraine frozen pork comes from other countries.
It should be noted that almost no frozen pork was exported from Ukraine during the period.
