Sumy meat factory declared to be a bankrupt

Economic Court of Sumy region declared bankruptcy and started the liquidation procedure towards JSC Sumy meat-processing factory by the resolution of April 15, 2010 with regard to case № 12/133-09. Notification is published in the newspaper "Voice of Ukraine" in May, 11.
A. Klimenko, an arbitral manager, is appointed to be a liquidator. Claims of the creditors are to be accepted within one month after the announcement.
