Verkhovna Rada refused to accept the changes to legislation to protect animals from cruelty

Parliament of Ukraine rejected the draft law on amending some laws of Ukraine on protection of animals from cruelty. According to the bill voted 41 out of 408 deputies registered in the session hall. The draft project was initiated by a MP from the Communist Party fraction Vladimir Matveev.
