Ukraine: pigs continue to cheapen

Under the pressure of processing companies, pig farms continue to lower pig prices. So, at the beginning of October on the East pigs were sold at 26.5-28 hrn/kg, on the Western Ukraine the range was 27-28.5 hrn/kg, in Central regions — 26.75-28.5 hrn/kg.
This week prices will decrease more: Eatern region will dictate lower threshold around the country — 25 hrn/kg., the maximum, on the West will shorten to 26.5-26.7 hrn/kg.
