The conditions for meat production will be improved by the government.

The Ministry of Economic Growth and Commerce develop draft regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers which envisage the governmental support and creation of favorable conditions for private farm enterprises to increase the number of pigs and cattle.

According to the draft decree the changes will be made concerning the value added tax, which is paid to the government budget for sold milk and dairy project, meat and meat products etc.

The governmental support will be given in the form of compensation of the interest rate for loans taken by private farm enterprise for purchasing soviet equipment, pigs and cattle.

The Ministry of Agrarian policy and food of Ukraine in cooperation with National academy of Agrarian Science is to provide the program of family farms development and to make:

• the typical models of cattle and pigs feedings in private farm enterprises
• the typical models of the equipment of such enterprises
• the typical agreement between private farm enterprises and processing companies
